Ethereum Classic..Is it running too much?

On the afternoon of the 27th, the market price of cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin is showing a slight rebound. In fact, in the case of Bitcoin, it is a flow of Jung-dong, going back and forth at 28 million won. Following the Terra-Luna crisis, negative factors such as strong inflation are overlapping, but it is evaluated that it is holding up well.

Depending on the results of the FOMC meeting to be held soon, it is expected that the stock market as well as the Bitcoin market will have mixed results.

In the midst of this, Ethereum Classic is skyrocketing again. It rose 15% from the previous day and surpassed the 36,000 won mark.

It is believed to have been affected by the Ethereum 2.0 update.

The Ethereum Foundation announced on September 19th that the consensus algorithm will be switched from proof-of-work (PoW) to proof-of-stake (PoS). It is a measure to expand the ecosystem of a kind. If Ethereum is converted to PoS right away, the waste of computing power will be reduced and various possibilities will be explored through staking. Although there are concerns from some, it is predicted that Ethereum will be able to achieve a sufficient increase in value through the 2.0 update.

However, Ethereum Classic has nothing to do with Ethereum. Nevertheless, the reason why the price rises is because of the structure in which the good news of Ethereum is reflected rather lightly.

Unlike the current Ethereum, which was created through a hard fork after the so-called DAO hacking incident in June 2016, Ethereum Classic was suddenly listed on the exchange Poloniex in July 2016. I do not support Leeum Classic. However, since it is lighter in size than Ethereum, it is generally receiving the same good news and bad news from Ethereum. However, since the ‘width’ of its influence is so large, it is also pointed out that a kind of bubble is strong.
