Abu Dhabi’s Etihad Airways topped the middle list of most punctual airlines. It is estimated that 84 percent of Etihad’s services are less than fifteen minutes late.
Etihad topped the middle list in Punctuality League Ratings by Aviation Analytics Group. The list has been prepared considering the service in the first six months of this year. It is estimated that 83.4 percent of Etihad’s services reach their destination within fifteen minutes.
Only a handful of airlines in the middle list achieved 80 percent accuracy. The list also evaluates Etihad as the airline with the fewest cancellations.
Etihad CEO Mohammed Al Balouki said in a press release that this achievement in six months is an incentive to maintain stability in the service.
