On the way to the Euro, we are accompanied by the German Tourist Office (DZT), which designs marketing strategies and communicates campaigns aimed at a positive image and support of the tourist destination Germany. It emphasizes topics related to digitization and sustainability. DZT incorporates technologies aimed at all senses (virtual, augmented and mixed reality) into campaigns, uses conversational interfaces (voice assistants) and artificial intelligence applications, such as chatbots.
