Europe’s largest time trial event turns Attersee-Ufer into a speed course

2023-09-15 00:04:00

The B151 and B152 around Lake Attersee are closed to vehicle traffic twice a year: in spring because of the car-free cycling adventure day and in mid-September because of Europe’s largest cycling time trial event. Tomorrow the race for the title “King of the Lake” will begin for the 13th time. As always, around 1,400 participants take part, and as always, the starting places were sold out months before.
