“Everyone loves Jeanne” by Céline Devaux, director and illustrator

Jeanne is a brilliant young engineer, who overnight will fall from her pedestal, find herself over-indebted, and leave for Lisbon to sell her deceased mother’s apartment.

On her way, she finds Jeana former high school friend, schemer, mythomaniac, without filter and a little intrusive.

So much for the beginning of the story; but all the interest of the film lies in the relationship between the actress and her little inner voice, embodied by a little animated ghost, who tells us what Jeanne is thinking quietly. The game is exhilarating and Celine Devaux tells us how it all came together.
