Ex-LASK kicker embarrasses himself with a penalty

This scene will probably keep Ante Budimir busy for a long time: The former LASK striker took a penalty for the home team in the 97th minute in the Spanish first division game between Osasuna and Valencia. His team was 0-1 behind at this point in the game.

But the misunderstanding in Linz did not harm his career: Budimir made the jump to the German second division club St. Pauli in 2014 via the Croatian clubs Inter Zapresic and NK Lokomotiva. This was followed by a transfer to Italy to Crotone and Sampdoria Genoa and to Spain to Mallorca and Osasuna.
