Al-Marsad Newspaper – SPA: Today, the Ministry of the Interior issued a statement regarding the implementation of the death penalty for one of the perpetrators in the Qassim region, as follows:
God Almighty said: (The recompense of those who wage war against God and His Messenger and strive to spread corruption in the land is only that they be killed or crucified or their hands cut off. M and their feet from the opposition or exiled from the land that is for them disgrace in this world and in the Hereafter a great punishment).
Mandil Abd al-Rakib Mayajuddin Mandil – an Indian national – killed / Im de Nasim Ansari – an Indian national – by slaughtering him with a knife from his neck while he was sleeping in his room and separating his head from his body.
By the grace of God, the security authorities were able to arrest the aforementioned perpetrator, and the investigation resulted in him being charged with committing his crime, and by referring him to the competent court, a deed was issued against him proving his guilt in what was attributed to him, and because what he did was in a manner in which the victim was safe from the perpetrator’s suffering. In the face of trickery and deception, he was sentenced to death to end his killing of the victim, Ghaila, and the ruling was upheld by the Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court. And a royal order was issued to implement what was decided by law and was supported by its reference, and the death sentence was executed by the perpetrator / Mandil Abdul-Rakeb Mayajuddin Mandil – Indian nationality – on Thursday, 11/26/1444 AH, corresponding to 6/15/2023 AD, in the Qassim region.
And the Ministry of the Interior, announcing this to confirm the keenness of the Kingdom’s government to establish security, achieve justice, and implement God’s rulings for anyone who transgresses the innocent or spills their blood, and at the same time warns everyone who tempts himself to do so that the Sharia punishment will be his fate.
