Sharjah: A Malayalee nurse died in a car accident in Sharjah. The deceased has been identified as Chinchu Joseph, 29, daughter of Babu, of Nedumkunnam ward, Kottayam. Mankool was a nurse at Astor Hospital in Dubai.

The incident took place in Al Nahda. He was returning home from work on Thursday evening when he was hit by a car while crossing the road. Al-Qasimia was rushed to a nearby hospital, where he was pronounced dead at the scene. She is survived by her husband and a four-year-old daughter.
