In Lons-le-Saunier, no less than 50 concerts scheduled
The mayor, Jean-Yves Ravier in person, accompanied by Nicole Paraiso, assistant in charge of entertainment, Marine Couturier and Élodie Bocquet, came to present this Tuesday, at the bar Le Sphinx, rue des Salines, the program of the Fête de la music scheduled as usual this Wednesday, June 21th.
The reputation of this festival, in Lons, is well established. Since the date of its creation, the event, made in Jack Lang, is a meeting of choice in the city prefecture. The friendly owner of the bar, Laura De Gracia, welcomed the small group in the back room of the brasserie, for a time of presentation of a program which will highlight, the time of an evening, a good fifty of musical performances, on 28 different sites.
A poster that does not go unnoticed
Beyond an eclectic program, which covers all styles of music, the 2023 version poster commands attention. Concocted by the services of the town hall, the central character rather nice, catches the eye, with in particular on the right hand, the inscription “All you need in Lons”. Singers, rock groups, folk, percussion, choirs, DJs, there will be something for everyone. The services of the town hall will play their part in the preparation of the event, with a large investment in terms of logistics: a multitude of barriers, tables, benches, stages, platforms, power supply to all places dedicated, and concrete pads now mandatory in terms of safety. And then also ecocups, these ecological and reusable cups, offered to bars, bearing the image of the famous 2023 poster.
A large logistics provided by the City
No cacophony in the organization, since under the leadership of Marine Couturier, Director of Attractiveness, and Élodie Bocquet, in charge of artisanal and commercial development, all the partners were consulted, and in the first place the twenty bars and also a few shops such as Happy cash and La Cambuse in particular. The musical entertainment will begin at 4 p.m. and end at midnight.
Vehicle traffic will be prohibited from 2 p.m. next Wednesday until 2 a.m. the next day. Parking will also be prohibited from 2 p.m. Wednesday to 8 a.m. Thursday. So watch out for the pound.
On the occasion of this major annual meeting, the City of Lons will be present at Place de la Liberté, to distribute, with good reason, the program of summer activities: “Summer will be Lons”. In the meantime, the full program for June 21 is available online.

In Dole, 37 groups and formations in concert
For the Fête de la Musique, Dole will once again be gripped by the Cirque et Fanfares syndrome: we won’t be able to be everywhere at the same time. Two main options are therefore available to lovers of beautiful sounds.
Option 1 : the students of Les Caves, the contemporary music department of the Conservatory, will perform on the forecourt of the Mediatheque (the Factory if it rains) from 8 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. We will discover small nuggets in germination of the local scene with in particular Soundcellar, the group Dolois which rises and which already established a solid notoriety.
Option 2 : Cours Saint-Mauris, the Ouiiii Festival! and La Bobine join forces for a full evening of music between 6 p.m. and midnight, with Siko, Le Q between two chairs, King Cau and Le Renard dans le Poulailier, a punk rock band that flies in the feathers. This will be an opportunity to come and discover the program of the Ouiii Festival! of September with its organizers. Otherwise, the most homebound can choose to sit down on the terrace of their usual bar to listen to the local groups that will be performing all over town. The Baloo’s Brothers will be, for example, at the Northwich pub, Les Furets Flingueurs, rue des Arènes and Larsen Lapin on the Place sans Nom.

In Champagnole, the Music Festival goes into eight in the Main Street
For this Fête de la musique 2023, the Grande rue de Champagnole will be pedestrianized, at the level of the Rex up to the Agence du Progrès, from 7 p.m.
Eight outdoor scenes
The program promises to be very eclectic with no less than eight outdoor or indoor scenes such as at the Rex or the Oppidum. A Music Festival marked by different musical styles and by catering/refreshment points with the parents’ association of the Hubert Reeves school and the athletics club and of course the local businesses.
In Saint-Claude, the party postponed to Saturday June 24
So that “the greatest number can benefit from it”, the city of Saint-Claude has chosen to postpone the Fête de la musique to Saturday June 23. From 7 p.m., the streets and especially the café terraces will be taken over by various amateur, semi-professional or professional musicians who will perform solo, in duos or in groups.
At the end of the evening, from 10 p.m., the combi-stage of the Summer Break tour, in partnership with Fun Radio, will set up on the Place du 9 avril 1944. DJ JLOW will host the evening with the program: sound, light, three hours of mix, many gifts and the concert is free.
In Arbois, an eclectic program
In Arbois, the Fête de la musique will begin at 6.30 p.m., with the inauguration of the court room in the town hall with a recital with Tatiana Kavitska, on the violin and Christian Bacheley, on the piano with Ukrainian composers and Scarlatti piano works, Mendelssohn, Chopin.
At 8 p.m., the Pelican fanfare battery will be near the church pelican.
From 8 p.m., at Square Sarret in Grozon, with the association La Crue, two groups, Bartwood first mixes French songs, rock and Celtic music then Manon Z Moon from Pop who is inspired by bass lines Funky. A bar with snacks will be open on site from 7 p.m.
On the Place de la Liberté and on the terrace, from 7 p.m., the Docks will offer L’Alma Trio, French, jazzy, pop, Brazilian and Latin American songs and at 9 p.m., the Marcotton will launch CD Mix Animation Jérôme.
