Siegmund Schachinger had a photovoltaic system built on the roof of a house with several condominiums in Ried. This PV system has been a case for the court since autumn 2022 – two proceedings are running in parallel, the OÖN has reported. The 78-year-old pensioner did not have the consent of a resident to install the system to generate solar power.
