Journalist Mostafa Bakry received, since the early hours of this morning, a number of residents of Qena governorate and other governorates coming to perform the duty of condolence on the death of his late brother, a member of the Senate and a journalist writer. Mahmoud Bakrywho passed away on Tuesday.
The people of Qena and Al-Ma’na governorates, and a number of executive and popular leaders, shared the body of the deceased to his final resting place in the village cemetery, in which he recommended his burial. Mustafa Bakri, his brothers and cousins were present in the village to receive the condolence visitors.
The village of Al-Maana, which is affiliated with Bandar Qena, witnessed a state of grief after the death of journalist writer Mahmoud Bakri, a member of the Senate, who passed away after a 70-day struggle with illness. Those who are unable within the governorate or from his constituency in Helwan during his tenure as a member of the Senate.
Yesterday, Wednesday, thousands of residents of Qena Governorate and the village of Al-Maana performed the funeral prayer for the late Mahmoud Bakri, a member of the Senate and a journalist, from the Shuoun Al-Maana Mosque in his village, in the presence of a number of executive and popular leaders, Major General Ashraf Al-Dawdy, Governor of Qena, and Hazem Omar, Deputy Governor of Qena. and Youssef Gharbawi, President of South Valley University.
Thousands of residents of Qena governorate and a number of executive and popular leaders received the body of the deceased in his hometown in the village, until they satiated the body to the village graves after praying for him from the Shu’un al-Ma’ana Mosque and buried his body in the family graves, and a number of women and girls from the village also attended to bid farewell to the deceased.
