A meeting took place on Friday between unions and workers. Demotivated workers who are dissatisfied with the financial compensation offered by the multinational. This is the case of Christophe Gufens. He has been a general worker at Farnell for 20 years. “In terms of production, we produce much much less than what we produced before because we are so demotivated” he explains. “We feel betrayed by a management which, supposedly, was happy with us. And now, their way of betraying us is to make us leave with breadcrumbs, to make us leave like a dog. “
