A 38-year-old man was killed Sunday afternoon following a collision with another vehicle. The driver and at least one passenger fled on foot.
The accident occurred around 4:30 p.m. at the corner of Jaffa Street and Lisbon Boulevard, near Sainte-Rose Boulevard.
According to the first information, a white Range Rover would have collided with a black Honda Civic which was engaging on the boulevard of Lisbon.
The driver of the latter vehicle, a 38-year-old man, died as a result of the accident.
The Range Rover driver and at least one passenger reportedly left the vehicle at the scene before fleeing on foot.
Investigators from the Laval Police Department went to the scene to find out more about the circumstances surrounding the event and to look for elements allowing them to find the suspects.
