Prosecutor Patricio Saldutti formally accused Fernando C., 45, of driving the vehicle in which the aggressors were traveling and his son Lautaro C., 19, of having been one of those who got out of that car and shot in the bus stop where mother and daughter were, while the boy was in the square.

“They would have received a payment of money to commit this act,” said the MPA official during the hearing held this Saturday at the Criminal Justice Center.

Claudia Deldebbio died at the scene and her daughter Virginia received multiple gunshot wounds that caused her to be transferred to the Clemente Álvarez Emergency Hospital, where she has been hospitalized since the day of the attack.

The crime once again mobilized relatives, friends and relatives of both women and practically the entire city, carrying out numerous marches and demands for justice in a Rosario that at this time of year exceeds 200 murders.

“They were attributed the character of co-authors of the murder of Deldebio and the attempted murder of Virginia Ferreyra and the other boy who was in the square. Judge Román Lanzón declared the hearing to be over and sentenced them to preventive detention for the term of law (two years).
