Saudi Arabia’s Council of Senior Scholars has issued a fatwa for those intending to perform the Hajj in the coming season, which states that performing the Hajj without official permission will be prohibited.
A statement issued by the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah said that the Council of Senior Scholars had issued a fatwa banning such practices.
The ministry urged those intending to perform Hajj to strictly follow the regulations and guidelines laid down.
