Juarez City- The state delegation of the Attorney General’s Office (FGR) did not receive the consignment of the detainees on Wednesday night in an operation carried out by the Northern District Attorney’s Office (FGE) in the Jardines del Bosque subdivision.
On Thursday night ministerial agents carried out the operation of transfer and declination of detainees and weapons to the FGR for federal crimes, said one of the elements that participated.
Around 10 at night, regarding 10 units with armed elements and a van with the detainees arrived at the back of the delegation.
An agent from the Public Prosecutor’s Office entered to start the process, remained for almost two hours and before midnight came out ordering that the detainees be returned to the facilities of the State Prosecutor’s Office.
The ministerial element indicated that they do not know why they did not accept the decline and that they will return first thing in the morning on Friday since they have a legal time to make the deposit.
These are 11 detainees on Wednesday night inside a house on Pino and Fresno streets in the Jardines del Bosque subdivision.
There they found 19 long weapons, two revolvers, a Glock gas pistol (Co2), tactical equipment and bullets of various calibers; They also secured two pick ups.
