ChimalhuacanMéx.- During the celebration of a private party at a home in the Fundidores neighborhood, located in the lower part of Chimalhuacanthere was a shooting in which four people lost their lives and three more were injured, but they would have died while receiving medical attention in a hospital.
According to the police report, the events occurred at dawn in a building located on Almendros street, belonging to that Chimalhuaquense community, where the residents heard several detonations produced by bullet impacts.
Upon hearing gunshots and screams in that place where a celebration was taking place, they requested the presence of the Municipal Police.
Elements of the local corporation, as well as the Secretary of Security of the State of Mexico, arrived in the area to answer the call that the C5 received.
The officers entered the home and found four people injured with bullet wounds lying on the floor, who no longer had vital signs.
In addition, that three other attendees at the gathering had wounds to their bodies from bullets they received.
Civil Protection paramedics arrived at the site and offered first aid to the injured, who were transferred by ambulance to a hospital to receive specialized medical assistance.
During the course of the day it was announced that the three wounded had lost their lives at the medical center where they were being treated.
According to the residents of the area, while the party was taking place, there was an argument between several of the attendees that later led to a fight and then the firearm detonations were made.
Members of the police corporations carried out a search in the area to try to locate those responsible for the acts of violence, but they have not found him so far.
In the area where the shooting occurred, there are no surveillance video cameras installed by the authorities or individuals, so they have not been able to obtain images of the alleged murderers.
The corpses of the victims were transferred to the Forensic Medical Service to later deliver them to their relatives.
Confirmation of the prosecution of 7 dead
The Attorney General of the State of Mexico (FGJEM) confirmed the death of seven people who were shot while they were at a party in the Fundidores neighborhood of Chimalhuacán.
The Mexican corporation specified that the events occurred during the early hours of January 21 in a party garden located on Calle Almendros, where a group of subjects would have detonated firearms against people who were in a celebration.
At the scene of the events, a woman and two men died; four men were injured, for which they were transferred to hospitals in the region where they later died.
The Mexican prosecutor’s office announced that as part of the proceedings carried out, six of the victims have been identified, only one man is unknown.
FGJEM personnel collected evidence of a criminal nature on the site, and video recordings were also requested and reviewed.
The Attorney General’s Office of the State of Mexico will continue with the investigations into the identity of the probable perpetrators, to solve the multiple homicide and arrest the probable perpetrators, it reported in a statement tonight.
