The deadline for paying tickets for World Cup football matches has been extended. The decision was made following technical issues. FIFA has not specified a new payment limit (FIFA World Cup ticket).
Those who received tickets for the second round of ticket sales were still allowed time to pay. But due to technical issues, most of them were not able to pay in the last days.
It is in this context that those who received tickets through a random draw have been given an extended time to pay. Fans’ worries that the ticket would be invalidated were allayed. During the second phase of ticket bookings from April 5 to 28, a total of 2.35 crore tickets were in demand. In the first phase, eight lakh tickets were sold.
