Caregivers, associations… Actors fighting against addictions regularly denounce the role of lobbies which encourage the consumption of addictive substances, for the benefit of industrial and financial interests. In the field of tobacco and alcohol, these lobbies are particularly influential.
So how can the fight against addictions be effective despite targeted actions by these lobbies, pushing consumption or limiting dissuasive measures?
