A situation that Christian Estrosi denounces today, who appeals to the ARS and the prefect: “I ask the State to take its responsibilities vis-à-vis these populations often suffering from sometimes serious pathologies which harm the tranquility of the neighborhood, public safety and neighborhood life, by implementing a plan primarily medical actions in a dedicated center for coordinated care”.
If the mayor is sounding the alarm, it is nevertheless largely the municipality that has caused the failure of the latest project: a Caarud which was very close to opening in the Tsarewitch district.
