The National Senior Men’s Handball Team continued its trip, this Monday, to the city of Cairo, in Egypt, stage of the African Nations Championship (CAN), which will be held from the 17th to the 27th of this month.
Here are Filipe Cruz’s chosen ones: Geovani Muachissengue, Ariel da Silva, Julião Gaspar, Cláudio Chicola, Otoniel Pascoal, Evaldo Almeida, Romé Hebo, Valdemiro Paulo, Manuel Nascimento, Declerck Sibo, Edvaldo Ferreira, Mayomona Panzo, Rúben José, Gabriel Teca, José Chicola, Agnelo Quitongo, Feliciano Couveiro and Adelino Pestana.
It should be noted that the Warriors will compete in group D with teams from Tunisia, Kenya and Nigeria. The national team will fight to improve on eighth place in the 2022 edition.
