Filming interrupted after a complaint against Bill Murray

The filming of Being Mortal of Aziz Ansari was interrupted after the filing of a complaint against the actor Bill Murray. It is the Searchlight Pictures studio in charge of the production of the feature film to put the filming on hold after ano complaint filed last week.

Cast and crew were notified of the suspension Thursday evening in a letter sent by the studio according to the Hollywood Reporter. For the time being, the nature of the complaint has not been disclosed but an investigation was opened.

Directed by the author of the series Master of None, Being Mortal is inspired by the book by Atul Gawande. Filming for this film adaptation began on March 28. The release of the film was scheduled for 2023, but the suspension of filming could postpone the release of the project.
