Fire affected a medicine storage warehouse in San Joaquín

Firefighters fight a gigantic fire that affects the premises of a winery located in the capital city of San Joaquín.

The incident was registered in a warehouse located at the intersection of Carlos Valdovinos and Carmen streets, which began around 02:30 in the morning.

“We find some wineries where store different types of items, mainly medical and veterinary items. We are not 100 percent certain of what exactly is burned, since the exact materials are not clear here in the compound, “said the commander of the South Metropolitan Fire Department, Leonardo Marchant.

It should be noted that it is the obligation of this type of storage place to maintain a list of the medicines they keep, so the Metropolitan Health Seremi must open an investigation.
