In the summer, the European Space Agency Esa showed a live stream from Mars for the first time. This probably looked different than some people imagined: a new “express photo” arrived in limited quality regarding every 50 seconds. Due to the distance of more than 200 million kilometers, it took regarding 17 minutes for the data to be transferred from the red planet to the blue planet.
