Five 2022-2023 regular season matches relocated to England, Germany and Mexico

The Allianz Arena, which usually hosts Bayern Munich, will be transformed into an American football pitch next fall. The NFL announced on Monday that five of its 2022-2023 regular season matches will be relocated to Europe, including a first in Germany.

Wembley Stadium and Tottenham Stadium also used

Among the certainties: it will be the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, winners of the Superbowl in 2021, who will go to Bavaria, without however knowing the name of their opponent. In addition, four matches will be played in the United Kingdom: the Green Bay Packers will be expected at Tottenham Stadium, as will the New Orleans Saints, for two separate matches.

The Jacksonville Jaguars will play their side at Wembley. Finally, the Azteca stadium in Mexico City (Mexico) will also be the scene of a regular match, embodied for the time being by the Arizona Cardinals.
