Five Companies to Launch IPOs to Raise Nearly ₹2,600 Crore from October 26-29, Says Report

Five companies including EAAA India Alternatives and SFC Environmental Technologies are launching initial public offerings to raise nearly ₹2,600 crore from the primary market between October 26 and October 29, 2026, business-standard.com reported, sustaining high capital-raising activity after Jio Platforms secured ₹30,213 crore earlier in the year.

Primary Market Capitalization and Execution Strategy

  • Five separate firms are opening subscription windows between October 26 and October 29 to capture investor demand across alternative assets, wastewater treatment, and retail.
  • EAAA India Alternatives leads the upcoming slate with a ₹1,200-crore offer for sale, having already secured ₹360 crore from anchor investors.
  • Pipeline applicants face a November 5 deadline for price band declarations to clear transactions ahead of the extended regional holidays in Gujarat.

EAAA India Alternatives and SFC Environmental Technologies Lead the Week

The primary market momentum involves five distinct maiden public offerings spanning alternative investments, polymers, steel processing, wastewater treatment, and jewellery retail. According to merchant bankers cited by business-standard.com, these issues are timed to capture lingering liquidity before the festive slowdown associated with Labh Pancham in Gujarat, which runs from November 6 to 15. This batch follows a high-volume period for Indian equities that includes Jio Platforms’ record ₹30,213-crore raise, bringing total 2026 fundraising across 104 companies to over ₹1.4 trillion.

EAAA India Alternatives, an arm of Edelweiss Financial Services, opens its ₹1,200-crore issue on October 26 with a price band of ₹1,585 to ₹1,665 per share, establishing an upper-end valuation of ₹10,765 crore. The transaction is structured entirely as an offer for sale by the Edelweiss Group, meaning the corporate entity retains zero primary proceeds. Concurrently, SFC Environmental Technologies is launching a ₹668-crore offering comprising a ₹150-crore fresh issue and an offer for sale of up to 1.57 crore shares by existing promoters, setting its price band at ₹313 to ₹330 per share for a valuation of approximately ₹3,233 crore.
