A large collision on a state highway in Florida (USA) that involved 15 vehicles and 24 people left six injured, the state Highway Patrol reported Sunday.
The crash occurred Saturday night in the county Seminole, in the center of Florida, and the six injured people had to be transferred to a nearby hospital, although without risk of death, the agency added.
According to preliminary information, the incident began when two cars driven by 18-year-olds collided, which according to some witnesses were going at high speed.
That crash sparked a chain-link collision involving 13 other cars, according to authorities, who are under investigation.
The youths who allegedly led the massive crash they had to be hospitalized because of the injuries, according to the local media WESH.
According to that medium, each of the drivers told the authorities that the other driver was driving towards him aggressively.
