The Rise of “Labor Welfare”: An Interview with Dr. Elena Vargas

Archyde: Dr. vargas, thank you for joining us. Aenor’s involvement in promoting “Labor Welfare” is timely. Can you elaborate on what the “Labor Welfare” certification entails and why it’s gaining such prominence?

Dr. Vargas: Thank you for having me. The “Labor Welfare” certification aims to provide a clear framework for companies to enhance the employee experience. It’s a continuous enhancement model that helps reduce absenteeism, foster better collaboration, improve productivity, and, crucially, retain top talent. The workforce’s well-being has become a strategic imperative—companies realize that investing in their people is also good business.
