The Food and Drug Authority announces three violations and clarifies their penalties in food warehouses, and advises those concerned to review the conditions and requirements of food warehouses.
The first violation is practicing the activity before obtaining a license, and the penalty for it is 5,000 riyals with the suspension of this activity, because obtaining a license to practice the activity is one of the most important transactions that guarantee the individual’s rights and maintain the safety of everyone.

The second violation is the lack of health certificates for workers, and its fine is 1,000 riyals for each worker, with the worker being removed from work, and the correction for it is obtaining a health certificate for each worker.
The third violation was the lack of records to monitor temperatures. The fine was 500 Saudi riyals, and it was corrected by installing temperature measuring devices.
