The KFA said on its official Instagram on the 10th, saying, “We express serious concern about the reckless and speculative reports of some media outlets regarding the appointment of a new national coach.”
After coach Paulo Bento led the Korean national soccer team for four years until the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar, media reports have revealed that Ahn Jung-hwan, coach Choi Yong-soo, and coach Kim Hak-beom are being mentioned as candidates for the new command team.
