Haaland show ends 40-year curse at home
His goal hunger is far from satisfied: Erling Haaland shoots Norway to a historic victory against Sweden.

Erling Haaland (21) continues where he left off in the first leg. The Norwegian national team striker pulls off a brace against Sweden in Nations League B.
He shot his colors away in the Scandinavian duel to a 2-1 win last Sunday. A week later, Haaland, who will play for Manchester City next season, scored first with his head and after halftime with a VAR penalty. These are his goals number 19 and 20 in the 21st international match.
Norway still undefeated
RB Leipzig’s Emil Forsberg shortened to 1:2 in the 73rd minute. Four minutes later it is again the ex-BVB player who puts his feet in the limelight. After his cross, Alexander Sörloth heads in to make it 3:1 – the decision. The guest goal deep in stoppage time comes too late.
After a dry spell of 40 years (ten duels without a home win), Norway are once again celebrating a win against Sweden in front of their home crowd – a victory for the history books. Norway remains unbeaten in Nations League B and maintains its lead in group four with Slovenia and Serbia, Switzerland’s World Cup opponents in Qatar.
