In the north of the country up to northern Upper Egypt, it is gentle in southern Sinai and southern Upper Egypt.

– Monday, October 30:
Water mist, sometimes dense, reaching the point of fog, from approximately 4 to 8 a.m. on some agricultural and highway roads near bodies of water leading to and from areas of Greater Cairo, Lower Egypt, the canal cities, and central Sinai. It may sometimes be dense.
Light to moderate rain in areas of the Red Sea and Sinai mountain ranges, sometimes thunderstorms at intermittent intervals.
Light rain on areas of the northern coast and northern Lower Egypt at intermittent intervals.
Tuesday, October 31 and Wednesday, November 1:
Water mist is sometimes dense from approximately 4 to 8 am on some agricultural and highway roads near bodies of water leading to and from areas of Greater Cairo, Lower Egypt, the canal cities, and central Sinai. It may be dense at times.
Light to moderate rain on areas of the northern coast, Lower Egypt, the canal cities, Sinai, and the cities of Halayeb and Shalateen, extending light to areas of Greater Cairo and northern Upper Egypt at intermittent intervals.
