In the case of Victor Lobos, deputy chief of the Sierra Grande Police Station in 1976, he was sentenced for illegitimate deprivation of liberty, also for five acts to 4 years in prison, who previously had a sentence from another file for 7 years and ten months in prison, which was now unified in 10 years imprisonment and twice the disqualification.
Elfio Navarrete He was also convicted of the same crime in his capacity as official member of the Infantry Corps of the Police of the province of Río Negro, for two events in which Kader and Woolcock were victims. The sentence imposed was 3 years and six months in prison and the previous sentence that weighed on the policeman, of 7 years, was unified with a single sentence of 8 years and six months in prison and special disqualification for twice the sentence time. .
The court also defined having as proven the facts that harmed Ramón Pedro Fernández, Julio Alberto Salto, Hugo Jorge Palma and Eduardo Elvio Disnardo, under “the conditions that will be detailed when dealing with the materiality of the facts in the foundations of the sentence”.
