While recent rumors suggest the arrival of characters from the Bethesda universe such as the Doom Slayer, it’s a new major rumor that comes to awaken the community Fortnite during these end-of-year celebrations. Indeed, the content creator Hypex, specializing in Epic Games’ famous battle royale, said on Twitter that a new no-build mode is in the works.
A Fortnite without construction to renew an aging formula?
According to these rumors, Epic Games would prepare a mode without construction for its famous Battle Royale which made its success for more than 4 years now. Construction is a major part of Fortnite’s gameplay, but it has also divided many players. By offering a Battle Royale devoid of construction, Epic Games could potentially attract other players to the game whose formula has not changed much from the start, at least in terms of gameplay.
Hypex is not its first rumor about the development of Fortnite and its upcoming content and it all sounds plausible. The Fortnite community has been spreading this rumor for several months, but nothing concrete has yet been shared. Indeed, none of this information has been confirmed by Epic Games and we advise you while waiting to take the tweezers, as with any rumor that is not formalized.
