A player new or return to the game It is everyone who has played Fortnite for less than 2 hours in the 30 days prior to December 12, 2022. For their part, a player active is the one who has played plus 2 hours to Fortnite in the 30 days before December 12, 2022. This Reboot Campaign starts on December 13, 2022 at 3:00 p.m. CET and ends on January 10, 2023 at 3:00 p.m. CET. Find out how it works below!

Whether you’re an active player, newcomer, or coming back after a while, open the friends tab in the lobby sidebar and you’ll find the Reboot Campaign panel.

Active players will see a list of new/returning friends to team up with to complete additional Reset Campaign missions and objectives. In case this is your first time or you have returned to the game, you will see active friends and other players in your situation to join to complete these additional missions and objectives.
Instead of forming a squad right away, you can also “get together” to your friends, so you will receive a QR code to fn.gg/rebootrally. Share this website with whoever you want to let them know all that the Reboot Campaign has to offer!

Team up with one, two, or three friends (or more, if the mode allows) to complete additional Reset Campaign missions and objectives together. You can find the additional missions and objectives on the “Missions” page. You don’t have to complete them with the same friends, so feel free to swap out your partners for others who meet the team-building requirements.

As you complete additional Reset Campaign missions and objectives, you and your participating friends will earn points. Earn points to get in-game rewards! You can keep track of the points and rewards you can get on the “Missions” page.
Reset Campaign missions include gathering friends, completing a Battle Royale match with a friend, or earning XP with a friend in Battle Royale, Zero-Build, Team Rumble, or creator-designed experiences.

Rewards include new items from the Focal Point set and the Snikt! Snikt! from the set Zero Conflict.

Which friends will be able to participate in the Reboot Campaign with me?
If you’re an active player, you’ll see a list of new or returning friends you can join in the Reboot Campaign panel. If you are new or returning to the game, you will see the list of active or new/returning friends to team up with in the Reset Campaign panel. You will need to have an Epic Games account to participate.

How can I tell which player is new or returning to the game?
All new or returning players will have a “Reset” symbol next to their username in the friends list.
Is it necessary to complete the additional missions and objectives of the Reset Campaign with the same friends?
No, you won’t need to complete the additional missions and objectives with the same friends, so you can swap out your partners for ones that meet the team-up requirements.
Can I complete the Reboot Campaign bonus missions and objectives on my own?
No, you will not be able to complete the Reboots Campaign bonus missions and objectives on your own, as you will need to play with new/returning friends (if you are an active player or new/returning player) or players active (in case they are players who return to the game or try it for the first time).
If I have a party of more than 3 players, can it be made up of new, returning, or active players?
In case you have a group of more than 3 players, you will be able to complete the additional missions and objectives of the Reset Campaign as long as at least one of these is a new player in Fortnite or returning to the game and is in your friends list.
I am a new/returning player, what do I have to do to participate in the Reset Campaign?
If you’re a new/returning player and meet the requirements, all you have to do is team up with any player on your friends list and complete missions for points, no matter what! You can also visit the Reset Campaign panel to “gather” friends: you will receive a QR code to fn.gg/rebootrally. Do I need to “gather” friends to participate in the Reset Campaign with them?
You need to get a friend together to complete one of the quest lines, but for the other, you just need to play a new or returning player on your team (if you are an active player or a returning/returning player). new) or with an active player (in case you return to the game or are new to it).
Are the Reset Campaign rewards exclusive items?
The Reboot Campaign reward items are not exclusive, as they can be purchased later in the Item Shop.
