They indicated that “the service corresponding to the administration and operation of the Sanitary Landfill of Ciudad Guayana, which is the site for the disposal of solid waste.”
“This facility is configured to receive solid waste that has previously been collected through processes other than those specifically handled in this landfill,” they added.
They pointed out that the collection of this activity related to the sanitary landfill will be made to residential and commercial users through the electricity bill once each month of service provided has ended.
“In other words, the collection is executed once the previous month has expired, therefore, the amount corresponding to the payment for the month of July 2022 has been invoiced in the month of August 2022, the corresponding to the month of August in September and so on” , they clarify.
In the letter they explain that “the maintenance of the sanitary landfill requires an infrastructure, a technology, an attention and a logistical development differentiated from the activity of collecting solid waste, whose specific characteristics for each one demand human teams, machinery and specialties that operate under different criteria.
