Four candidates to buy Chelsea, including a Swiss billionaire

The 86-year-old billionaire has received a proposal from Roman Abramovich to buy the club from Romelu Lukaku.

He may deny any direct link with Vladimir Putin or set an example by participating in peace negotiations, Roman Abramovich has probably reached a point of no return with Chelsea. The 55-year-old Russian businessman has already taken a step aside by entrusting management to the club’s charitable foundation (which would also consider refusing this responsibility). But he now sees himself almost obliged to go even further.
