Four Italian murder suspects surrender

A man who claimed to have killed four elderly people has turned himself in in Italy. “I need someone to stop me. If I keep working, I might Would do it again.

“I want to put them out of their misery,” the man said of the victims, according to La Repubblica’s website. Four elderly people he cared for all suffered from cancer, Corriere della Sera reported. The man allegedly killed her by increasing the dosage of various drugs they were taking, including painkillers.

According to reports, two victims have been identified: a 95-year-old man who died in March this year and an 88-year-old man who died in December 2023. Their deaths are not considered suspicious due to their medical conditions. Two other deaths are said to date back to 2014 and occurred in the town of Latina, not far from Rome.
