Following current ZackZack revelations, the FPÖ announces inquiries to the Interior Minister and the Justice Minister
Vienna (OTS) – After today’s revelations by the online medium ZackZack about the tragic death of Justice Section Chief Pilnacek in October 2023, FPÖ General Secretary NAbg. Christian Hafenecker, MA submits parliamentary questions to the Ministry of the Interior and the Ministry of Justice. “ZackZack’s research sheds completely new light on this case. A whole host of questions arise that need to be fully clarified. “Obviously nothing at all was going on normally with regard to the police investigation and, given these processes, one actually has the impression that perhaps unpleasant things were being covered up from the centers of gravity of the ‘deep black state’,” said Hafenecker.
In addition to the fact that, according to the research, traces were not secured at the site and the described attempt by the detectives present to prevent an autopsy from being carried out on a doctor who was present, the fact that detectives were at Pilnacek’s wife’s residence that morning was particularly “mysterious”. Among other things, he demanded that his computer and cell phone be handed over. “The Interior Minister and the Justice Minister will have to answer exactly what legal basis this was based on and who gave the order for it. It is in itself a completely unusual process for the police to search for highly sensitive data carriers in a case in which, according to reports, there is no suspicion of foul play. As is well known, Pilnacek, as a long-time head of the justice section, had deep insights into the ‘engine room’ of this republic – and probably also into the ‘deep state’ that the ÖVP, as we were able to find out in the two previous investigative shots, built up with its networks “The main pillar of which is the control of the Ministry of the Interior, Justice and Finance,” the liberal Secretary General continued, also recalling the tape recording published a few months ago, which heavily criticized the current ÖVP National Council President Sobotka with accusations of politically motivated interventions in the justice sector burdened.
All facts and background to this case must therefore be fully investigated: “Under no circumstances should it be allowed to return to the agenda. All anomalies, dubious processes and the resulting suspicions, which point to nothing less than possibly politically motivated actions outside of our constitutional state, must be illuminated!”
