I think it’s over with all the rain and wind, because I only see suns appearing in the weather forecast for next week. So nice! Well, then there could also be some more sunny recipes on the menu, don’t you agree? I have made a nice selection and with Easter in prospect also some more special dishes.

In the weekly menu you will find this time ravioli with spinach pesto, burrata and honey tomatoes, chicken fajitas with bell pepper, onion and lime, salad with pearl couscous, broccoli and serrano ham, carrot soup with ginger, chickpeas and pak choi and on Friday a lamb burger with pea spread, feta and sweet and sour . At the weekend I put my risotto with fennel, smoked paprika and gamba and of course the lawyer tiramisu with cantuccini biscuits on the menu. Because that’s really a winner for Easter. Enjoy it!
