Fuel, petrol and diesel prices rising in view of the “driving season” –

Further increases over the weekend in fuel prices, in particular with regards to petrol: the demand for fuel is starting to heat up in view of the driving season, and the bearish phase of this tail of winter now seems to be behind us. According to the usual report by Staffetta Quotidiana, on Saturday Eni increased the recommended prices of petrol and diesel by one cent per liter. For Q8 we record an increase of two cents on petrol, for Tamoil of one cent. These are the average prices charged communicated by the managers to the Price Observatory of the Ministry of Business and Made in Italy and processed by Staffetta, recorded at 8am yesterday morning on approximately 18 thousand plants: self-service petrol at 1,858 euros/litre (+6 thousandths, companies 1,862, white pumps 1,848), self-service diesel at 1,797 euros/litre (+1, companies 1,803, white pumps 1,786).

Petrol served at 1,996 euros/litre (+4, companies 2,038, white pumps 1,913), diesel served at 1,938 euros/litre (+1, companies 1,981, white pumps 1,850). LPG served at 0.715 euros/litre (unchanged, companies 0.724, white pumps 0.705), methane served at 1.340 euros/kg (-3, companies 1.371, white pumps 1.315), LNG 1.155 euros/kg (-5, companies 1.156 euros/ kg, white pumps 1,154 euro/kg). These are the prices on the motorways: self-service petrol 1.943 euros/litre (served 2.207), self-service diesel 1.892 euros/litre (served 2.157), LPG 0.848 euros/litre, methane 1.487 euros/kg, LNG 1.169 euros/kg. In the GEA infographic, the daily survey released by Mimit, the Ministry of Business and Made in Italy, according to which the average price of petrol in self-service mode on the motorway has started to grow again up to 1.943 euros per litre, while that of diesel has increased to 1,892 euros. Off the motorways, Alto Adige remains the most expensive area in Italy with petrol rising to 1,897 euros/litre, while the lowest prices for petrol are in the Marche region, however increasing to 1,837 euros/litre.
