The artist, Diab, and the singer, Mohamed Mohi, recently attended the funeral ceremony for the late artist, Alaa Abdel Khaleq, which will be held this evening, Wednesday, at the Police Mosque in Sheikh Zayed City.
A number of art stars also attended the funeral ceremonies for the late artist Alaa Abdel Khaleq, including the artist Simon, Hisham Abbas, Hamid Al Shaeri, Rami Sabry, King Muhammad Mounir, Salah Abdullah and Muhammad Hamaki.
Alaa Abdel-Khalek passed away from our world in the early hours of Tuesday morning, at the age of 59.

A source from the Syndicate of Musical Professions revealed, in a special statement to Masrawy, the death of the star of the nineties, Alaa Abdel Khaleq, after a struggle with illness.
Alaa Abdel Khaleq, born in 1964, began his artistic career with the Friends Band, then collaborated with the great artist Hamid Al Shaeri in a number of works that achieved great success.
Among the most famous works of the late artist: “Weyaki”, “A paper plane”, “I love you constantly”, “Dari”, “Love is a sea”, and others.
The last appearance of the artist, Alaa Abdel Khaleq, was at his daughter’s wedding, which was held last May, and was attended by a number of stars of the nineties.
