Developer The Game Bakers has a new DLC for the boss rush action game Open presented. The Onnamusha DLC, due out in a few weeks, will introduce a powerful new playable character: Onnamusha Rider. She is able to switch between a fast and agile stance and a slow and deadly stance. Onnamusha Rider is able to unleash the destructive power of the star and face new challenges. “We read all the messages from Furi players and this one really touched us: “I wish I could forget Furi to rediscover it all over again““so Creative Director Emeric Thoa.
“That’s how we came up with the idea of the Onnamusha fighter, which offers a completely different playstyle with a new level of tactics”, Thoa continues. So you can play as Onnamusha Rider in Story, Speedrun and Practice modes. So that you can get to know Furi as if you were playing it for the first time.
The Onnamusha DLC will be available for Open on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch and PC from 17. May 2022 be available for €6.99. Along with a free update that includes all the paid and free content and improvements made to the game since its release in July 2016.
