Gal Gadot says she thinks of ‘Wonder Woman’ in real life.
The 35-year-old actress plays the DC Comics superhero in the 2017 film and its sequel, and admits that she thinks of her superhero alter ego regularly in everyday situations.
When asked how the character’s playing affected her personally, she said, “Wow. That’s a big question. It was an amazing journey that I could never have predicted and I enjoyed this character every moment to bring to life but i will tell me when i was told that i would have my own film i was very nervous i was never the title it was important for me to bring something good to the world and bringing a character that’s important. I felt like the little girl looking at Kilimanjaro and not sure how she will climb it. But Patty and Chris and I became family and this character became my second Nature. I actually think about the figure in things that I do in my real life. I think about whether something is appropriate for Wonder Woman. She has become a big part of me. ”
And Gal hopes to be able to portray the superhero for many more years so that she can bring “light and certainty” in these dark times.
Speaking to Parade magazine, she added, “I would do anything to keep bringing your stories to the screen and everyone. Patty and I are completely on the same page.
“Your vision is completely in line with what I want to do. We want to bring some good things into the world. We are in such dark times and it is important to shine a little light and certainty.”
