A Samsung has started testing One UI 6.0 with Android 14 for the foldable Galaxy Z Fold 4 and Z Flip 4. The news was confirmed by the manufacturer in South Korea.

With this, users in the country can now sign up to receive the first compilation of the software. Generally speaking, One UI weighs around 2.7 GB and brings with it the October security package.

Samsung says:

After enrolling your Galaxy Z Fold 4 or Flip 4 in the One UI 6.0 Beta Program, you can check for the update by navigating to Settings > Software update > download and install.

With the release of the software, the Galaxy Z Fold 4 and Z Flip 4 become the second family of Samsung foldable smartphones to receive the One UI 6.0 beta with Android 14.

At this point, the software is much more stable than in the initial versions and device owners should benefit from this.

For now, devices in the United States, United Kingdom and India are not yet scheduled to receive the beta program, but everything indicates that it shouldn’t take long for Samsung to release the update in these locations.

It is worth remembering that stable One UI 6.0 might be released by the end of the year.
