General Motors has joined a group of international companies that have suspended some of their business in Russia, as they revealed a complete halt to the export of their cars to Russia until further notice.
General Motors does not have any factories in Russia and sells only about 3,000 vehicles annually.
Daimler also announced that it would immediately freeze all of its business in Russia, including its cooperation with the Russian truck maker KAMAZ.
It should be noted that “Volvo” also revealed yesterday that it will stop exporting its cars to Russia until further notice, while Volkswagen has stopped delivering its cars, which are currently in Russia, to dealerships.
