Germany says EU unity over sanctions against Russia is ‘collapsing’

German Economy Minister Robert Habeck said on Sunday that EU unity over sanctions once morest Russia is “starting to crumble” ahead of a summit to discuss an oil embargo as well as steps to reduce dependence on Russian energy.
