In order to use the Le Cosmos mental® clip in a group animation context, Psycom imagined educational guidelines, then developed, with ADES du Rhône, visual supports and an educational kit.
This workshop will guide you in good animation practices:
- Define the concept of mental health
- Explain the diversity of factors that can influence people’s mental health
- Identify resources and potential barriers to taking care of your mental health
- Help measure the thermostat of your own mental health
The workshop will take place online. You will receive the Teams login link a few days before. If the workshop is full, a waiting list will be opened to allow you to receive the next workshop dates.
