Girl robbed 30 euros on Domplatz

On April 17, 2022 at 10:30 p.m., a 16-year-old from the Linz-Land district and a 17-year-old from the Wels-Land district stopped a police patrol on Herrenstrasse in Linz. The two girls stated, visibly upset, that they had just been threatened by two young men. The patrol picked up the girls to look for the perpetrators. The uninjured victims also stated that the two young perpetrators stole 30 euros with a folding knife regarding 20 centimeters long. After an unsuccessful search in the vicinity, the two victims were taken to the Landhaus police station for victim and witness questioning. The parents of the two were notified and the girls were picked up by the police station following being questioned, the police report.
