The route will be flat, or almost, which suggests a mass sprint at the finish. The opportunity for Arnaud Démare (Groupama-FDJ) and the other big calves of the peloton to deliver a good explanation before joining Sicily.

15h13 : Hello everyone and welcome to our site to follow LIVE the 3rd stage of the Tour of Italy 2022 between Kaposvár and Balatonfüred (201km).
The Tour of Italy can be followed on Eurosport antennas and applications from May 6 to 29, the date of arrival in Verona. Every day, the Kings of the Pedal will take to the air a few tens of minutes before the start of the stage to discuss the challenges of the day. Each step will have to be followed in full. So far, Mathieu van der Poel (Alpecin-Fenix) has met expectations for his first participation in the Italian Grand Tour. The Dutchman took the pink jersey by winning the first stage in the sprint on Friday, before keeping it on the clock on Sunday.
